When I'm working on a song, the patterns I create turn up in the 64 slots in the Pattern Bank. And I save the song before I leave the program.
If I load another song before returning to my song, what I have found is that the only patterns that are saved with my song are the ones that actually are in the song. Am I doing something wrong?
Also, if I don't clear the patterns from the previous song, then my song will load with:
1) The patterns in my song
2) The patterns from the previous song in any other empty spots.
If this isn't my error and is just the way DrumPerfect Pro is at this point in time, it would be great feature if a song would always load up looking exactly the way it did when you saved it.
As it stands now I only want to work on one song at a time. Once I finish the song I'm doing now and have finalized the patterns that are going into it--it will be cool to start a new one.
Thanks! I'm really enjoying working with the program.
